Funeral Director Responsibility
- Includes Funeral Home placing your loved one in our care
- Includes Embalming, Dressing, Casketing and Cosmology
- Includes obtaining information to complete death certificate
- Includes obtaining certified copies of the death certificate ***
- Includes casket – 20-gauge metal (color of your choice) or pine box
- Includes 2-hour visitation prior to Service at Funeral Home or Church
- Director present at Church if applicable
- Director present at cemetery for interment (required by law)
- Military Honors if applicable will be coordinated by Funeral Director
Family Responsibility
- Family responsible for setting up church service if applicable ***
- Family responsible for coordinating cemetery interment schedule ***
- Family responsible for repast (luncheon) and any charges associated with ***
- Family responsible for writing Obituary and sending to Newspapers if applicable ***
- Prayer cards arranged through Designs by Mya (phone number 609-510-1798) ***
Disclaimer
If a Director provides any assistance for the Family Responsible items an hourly service fee of $250.00 will be assessed. Minimum of one hour.
Some churches and/or cemeteries and military honors require confirmation of service information to be provided and confirmed by a funeral director. This involvement will not separate you from the package price.
*** Additional charges for the formal obituary, if you choose, death certificates, permit, vault, cemetery fees church fees, are the responsibility of the family.
