Transportation from place of death to funeral home and crematory (within 20 mile radius) Basic Alternative Container, Sanitary care of your loved one, Obtaining all required authorizations, certificates and permits, Initial Electronic notification to the Social Security Administration Memorial DVD Slideshow if you so choose Cremation Fee Cremation Performed by a Licensed Certified Professional Cremation Technologist Return of cremated remains in basic container, or a wood life memorial urn we provide 10 New Jersey Certified Death Certificates New Jersey Cremation Permit Obituary and Photo on Our Website if you so choose.
Does not include Out of New Jersey State Certified Death Certificates , Permit or Filing Fees , cremation vaults, cash disbursements such as a formal obituary in any Newspaper , clergy fees , flowers or any outside expenses for example shipping of ashes to another state or country . In addition if the place of death is in a home there is a $ 250. Additional fee . Please note if mileage exceeds over 20 miles the fee per mile is $4.
